Based on beer served in Burton-on-Trent in the second half of the nineteenth century, this light easy-drinking ale is designed to quaff without satiating.
A fragrant nose laden with tropical fruit is followed by a mid-range of biscuit maltiness. It concludes with a balanced finish and gentle dry bitterness. The beer is unfiltered and unpasteurised to preserve the premium flavour and taste. Throws a natural yeast sediment. 4.7% ABV
